Description

Windlock Sheet Door 203IM, engineered for superior performance and durability. Its robust curtain is constructed from 26-gauge galvanized steel, featuring a baked epoxy primer and polyester topcoat for lasting protection, complemented by nylon side stripping and a reinforced structural steel bottom bar.

The door’s drum assembly includes a 26-gauge galvanized steel spiral torque tube and high-cycle, oil-tempered torsion springs designed for 12,500 cycles. Support is provided by sturdy 3/16″ structural steel brackets. Operation is facilitated by a reliable chain hoist.

Crucially, the 203IM incorporates 12-gauge galvanized steel guides with a toggle-lock windlock insert and 10-gauge galvanized windlock clips. Tested to FL#15918, this door satisfies windloads of +/-40.0 psf and is proven to +/-60.0 psf for sizes up to 14′ wide x 18′ high, offering dependable security.
